Last updated: March 30, 2012

Chris Sole's Website for full bio on Chris Sole (Coach, Physiotherapist, runner )

Chris Sole's (ph.4676527) training times are:

Note: There are always options for shorter loops and shortcuts to allow for slower runners (or longer loops for the faster runners). This works especially well on lunch time runs such as Fridays.

Monday

Steady to brisk run leave from 5 Monro Street (meet at the patio, back of the house) from 5.00pm and leave approx 5.15/20. Time between 40 and 70min with long and short options. Usually all off-road Ross Creek, bike tracks, McGouns and home option via Malvern street/Bullock track. As Winter approaches a good headlight is recommended (+100 lumens) and reflective gear. We will continue off-road if all runners have lights otherwise those without lights will do more road running including Leith Valley.

Tuesday

Logan Park meet outside (next to) the Hill City Clubrooms (Logan park outside Athletic track at corner of football field) @ 5pm for 5.15pm start if possible.
Tempo, for 1.4km reps around road loop or Fartlek on the grass such as 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 1 minutes hard or different timed series. Variable volume for beginners and elite runners.

Wednesday
